## Founder / lead captain

Marin Kovačević is the founder, named operator and lead captain. Yacht Club Orsan sailing instructor 2007–2014. Croatian Maritime Authority Cat. C commercial skipper licence since 2010. Sea-rescue auxiliary certified, VHF radio operator certified, first-aid certified (Hrvatski Crveni križ 2026–2028). Founded the operation in 2015 with a single 5 HP Pasara, scaled the fleet to nine vessels by 2026, runs the dispatch desk himself October–April. Two senior Cat. C captains (Ivo Bukavica, Tonči Šimunović) support during peak June–September weeks.

Full tank of fuel, CE-approved life jackets, snorkelling gear (mask, fins, snorkel), beach towels, welcome drink (cold pošip on standard, prosecco on the Cap Camarat 9.0 CC), Bluetooth speaker, bimini sun canopy, anchor, rope, 20-min safety briefing. Captain (when added or skippered): Croatian Cat. C licensed. Custom routing is free — pick your stops (Blue Cave, Lokrum, Cavtat, Šunj, Pakleni, Hvar, sunset return) and the captain plans the day. Not included: lunch (we book Šunj, Šipan, Pakleni or Hvar tavernas direct for guests), gratuity (optional), drinks beyond the welcome glass, national park fees (Mljet €25 / pp paid on the island).

## Cancellation

- 24+ hours before departure: 100% refund
- 12–24 hours: 50% refund
- Less than 12 hours: no refund
- Skipper-cancelled for weather: 100% refund or free reschedule (your choice)
