Founder & Lead Captain

Meet Marin Kovačević

One Croatian. Eleven seasons on the Adriatic. One Pasara 5 HP that became a nine-vessel fleet at Marina Frapa.

Boat Charter Dubrovnik is owner-operated — the captain who replies to your WhatsApp is the same person whose name sits on the Croatian Maritime Authority licence. Marin built this operation alone in 2015 and still runs every booking and the October–April dispatch desk himself.

Marin Kovačević

Born and raised in Dubrovnik's Lapad neighbourhood. Sailing-school instructor at Yacht Club Orsan from 2007 to 2014. Founded the charter operation in 2015 with a single 5 HP Pasara out of Marina Frapa. Eleven seasons later the fleet runs to nine vessels — and Marin still logs every charter himself.
